If you would like to return your print for any reason at all, within 30 days of the date of purchase you may do so for a full refund - no questions asked.

Simply send us an email to let us know you will be returning your item, then ship the print back to us. Once received will process a full, 100% refund.

All prints are shipped from one of our US based facilities either in Pennsylvania or Utah.

Unframed prints come rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube. Framed prints and canvas prints come shipped in a padded cardboard box that includes bubble wrap and additional padding.

Products are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS. The method is determined based on how we can get your print to you the fastest.

If there is a specific shipping carrier you prefer us to use, please email us after purchasing (ASAP) and let us know. We will make sure it ships via your preferred method.

It typically takes approximately 6 - 8 days after purchasing for your print to arrive. Please note, around the holidays this timeframe can take considerably longer due to delays & congestion with the shipping carriers.

You will receive a shipping tracking number and link via e-mail once your package ships. You can visit the tracking link to keep an eye on progress and get a better estimation of exactly when your print will arrive.

All frames are made with solid wood and real glass. Each frame is made by hand in the USA with care and attention to every last detail.

Each framed print already includes the necessary hardware for hanging on the wall. All you need is 2 nails, a hammer, and an open space on the wall.

The total dimensions of the print including the frame will differ slightly depending on the selected frame style. The frame widths are listed below based on the selected style:

• Standard Frame: 1.25" wide - This frame will ad 2.5" total inches of width to your print. So, for example, if you purchase a print that is 24" wide, after framing it the total width would be 26.5"
  
  
• Beveled Frame: 1.25" wide - This frame will ad 2.5" total inches of width to your print. So, for example, if you purchase a print that is 24" wide, after framing it the total width would be 26.5"
  
  
• Wide Frame: 1.75" wide - This frame will ad 3.5" total inches of width to your print. So, for example, if you purchase a print that is 24" wide, after framing it the total width would be 27.5"
  
  
• Thin Frame: 0.625" wide - This frame will ad 1.25" total inches of width to your print. So, for example, if you purchase a print that is 24" wide, after framing it the total width would be 25.125"

Each frame comes with hanging hardware pre-installed. The specific style of hardware depends on the specific frame style selected. Either way, 2 nails will be required for hanging your print.

Your framed print will come with one of these 2 options installed.

We can print one of these maps at any size up to 20 feet tall! The maximum size does depend on the type of product you purchase. Below is a list of each product, along with the maximum size we are able to print:

• Unframed Prints: 60 x 40 inches
• Framed Prints: 36 x 24 inches
• Canvas Prints: 48 x 32 inches
• Peel & Stick Wall Mural: 200 x 200 inches

Yes, there are circumstances in which we allow the purchase of a high resolution digital download. The cost for the high resolution download is $50, and it requires that you do not reuse the image for commercial purposes. Yes, of course! During the checkout process simply enter the gift recipient's address in the "shipping address" fields. We will then ship the print directly to that address.

At this time our website only allows for purchases being shipped within the United States. If you are interested in having an item shipped outside the United States, please send us an e-mail and we can get you a shipping quote and manually process an order for you.

No, our logo watermark will NOT be included on your purchased print.

Our unframed prints and framed prints are printed on premium, heavyweight matte paper using high quality archival inks. This museum quality paper will last a lifetime and beyond.

Our teams in Pittsburgh and Salt Lake City will receive your order after payment has been successfully made. Once the order is received, they will begin preparing your order by hand using top of the line printers and museum quality paper.

Our giclee prints use archival inks, producing a quality that is second to none.

If you purchase a framed print, the printing team will also assemble the solid wood frame by hand and add real glass to complete your order.

Yes! We can easily make these adjustments for you. It's very important that you let us know right away though. Once you place your order, please contact us to let us know if you'd like it to be printed in black & white or sepia. There is no cost for this. Please note, we need to hear from you right away if you wish to change the color - otherwise the print will end up going through the regular printing process

Yes! We can print these maps up as a large wall mural of just about any size. We can print a full map, or we can zoom in on a specific area of interest and print only that portion.
